Terms of Services & Terms Of Use

Please review the following document for my rules and Terms of Service & Terms of Use. By commissioning me (i.e. sending me payment through Paypal, cashapp, trade or other agreed means), you are agreeing to the terms in this document. Please note that these terms of service are final and I hold all commissioners to the same standard so that both parties are treated fairly. If you have any questions, please let me know! I greatly appreciate your interest in commissioning me & supporting my work!

By Commissioning me you are agreeing that you have read & accepted my Terms of service & Terms of Use. Failure to read & abide my my TOS & TOU will result in termination of the commission & any future commissions.

I have the right to interpret your character in my style. No marking or drastic color changes, but your character will be drawn to my styles current conditions. I will not be mimicking someone else's style unless specifically said, if you do not like my style do not commission me.

My time frame can be 1 - 8 weeks for commission completion once all details have been confirmed. This doesn't mean that I'll always take this long, most will be done within only a couple of days but, sometimes life happens. If for some reason the time working on commissions is longer than 8 weeks without prior discussion, I will offer you a small freebie or refund if you are no longer interested in receiving the artwork.

Payment 

I take paypal/vegen/cashapp/ and sometimes art trades

Payment is to be made up front, before work begins or half at the start and the other half after the sketch whichever is agreed upon. when discussing the commission.

Tips are always welcome and appreciated,  but never required!

Progress Update Request

A finished sketch/line work for approval & minor change requests. If changes were requested, I will then send another finished sketch/line work for approval. 

Feel free to ask for updates, but please only ask every few days or so! You must understand I may have other commissions I have to get done as well! 

Refunds

There will be no refunds after the sketch stage unless I have severely misunderstood the character.

If you break my TOS there will be no refund

I reserve the right to deny service. I will not draw 18+ content for minors.

PLEASE ALLOW ME 1 - 8 weeks to complete your commission! I tend to finish them after a few days if my queue is low, but I have to have wiggle room in case I get a lot of commissions or life happens you know.

Terms Of Use

Reusing/selling

 I own the rights to my artwork. You may not use the artwork for commercial purposes, or vast distribution. You may make stickers, put the design on a t-shirt/notebook, ect for yourself, and yourself only or on behalf of a close friend when commissioning for a gift.

Reposting

You may repost my work anywhere you like. All I ask is that you Tag me / mention me as the artists and NEVER take credit for the artwork drawn.

Do NOT remove my watermark from the commission

 YOU ARE ALLOWED TO:

You may upload the image to any of your art galleries of your choosing. As long as you properly credit me and link back to my gallery.

You may print out whatever work I do for you. You may hang it on your wall, show it off to friends, etc.

You may only sell my work if you are also selling the character in the image to the same person AND you must make the new owner aware of the terms. (I.E. trading/selling characters) 

YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO:

You are NOT ALLOWED to use my artwork to gain a profit, to sell copies of your commission, to put it on a t-shirt or other product to sell. Your commission is STRICTLY and ONLY for PERSONAL USE. Unless previously discussed in which there will be a different TOS. 

You are NOT ALLOWED to claim the work as your own (this is obvious and rude).

You are NOT ALLOWED to edit my artwork without my prior permission in anyway. (Aside from cropping)

You are not permitted to resell my artwork at all, especially at a higher price. A commission is a piece of art created for someone personally, in no way should it be resold.

You are not permitted to use my artwork in any of the following NFTs, AI art, to promote bigotry or any other similar use. Kindly fuck off.
